We offer software and dedicated services for libraries of all types and budgets. Some of our online tools include event calendaring and registration systems, meeting room management programs, and mobile academic study room booking software.
Via our summer/seasonal reading management programs, we work to encourage reading engagement, too. Evanced is made up of librarians, teachers, parents—and plenty of avid readers—particularly devoted to helping kids become life-long learners.

Customer Support Tech
Works directly with Evanced customers to perform a variety of technical support activities aimed at providing product and service information and resolving problems. This position is responsible for providing technical support to customers via telephone, email and occasionally with remote PC solutions. Leads troubleshooting and installation of software and systems and provides network administration assistance as needed. Performs product training demos via webinars and in person as well as managing appropriate training scripts. Performs product testing for the purpose of developing testing plans and procedures, implementing problem solving paths, carries out database maintenance and provides support to developers. Works collaboratively to produce and maintain product manuals, templates, FAQs and guides and contributes support-related information to other resources.
1-2 years experience in a customer service role is required to accompany your preferred undergraduate degree. A natural troubleshooter, with an interest and experience in web technologies and ability to communicate with a high level of patience to a less technical savvy customer base. Strong proficiency in PC use is required, along with experience in MS Word and Excel. Familiarity with networks, servers, and web technologies is necessary to accompany your experience with web-based software and experience with blogging or web creation / design is very helpful.
